How it works
- Take a ticket at the entrance barrier.
- Park in any available bay — free bays are marked with a green light on the ceiling.
- Before leaving, pay at the automated pay station or at reception.
- You can also pay directly at the exit barrier.
- Once paid, the number-plate reader at the exit will recognise your vehicle and open the barrier. If it doesn't, you can scan the barcode of your entry ticket at the exit machine.

What's the maximum vehicle height?
Vehicles up to 2.10 metres tall can enter the car park.
Can I access my vehicle at night or outside opening hours?
Yes. With your entry ticket, you can access the car park through the pedestrian entrances.
Is there an overnight rate?
No.
What if I lose my ticket?
You can pay for your stay using your vehicle's number plate.
What if the number-plate reader doesn't recognise me?
You'll need to use the barcode on your entry ticket, both to pay and to exit. If you've lost it, please speak to a member of staff or press the information button on any of our machines.
Do you have bays for large vehicles?
We have bays of various sizes. If your vehicle is particularly large or you have any doubts, please call us on +34 93 645 25 87 beforehand.
